Hi Guys,
Haven’t written a blog in a while, been busy and all that jazz, but I thought I would share some of the photos that I took whilst Chereen and I went to Wirrina Cove Resort. I plan on doing something like this when we are in Europe.
Very kindly, Kerryn decided to give us a weekend away, so before we went to Europe we decided to book in for a relaxing weekend, a holiday before our holiday if you will. Unfortunately the weather was horrible! It was forecast for 8 degrees and hail! Anyway, to make the most of it we decided to go for a bit of a drive, and check out some of the cellar doors, as well as just seeing whether the pretty strong wind took us! We first found a small parking bay and grabbed the geocache that was there, but we also got a couple of nice photos of the coastline.

The first winery we stopped at was Trafford Hill Wines. The wines weren’t too bad but a lovely old english bloke chatted to us for close to an hour, so i bought a bottle of their Shiraz anyway. We also stopped at Allusion Wines, and once again the wines were relatively average compared to what we get in the Barossa, but it was quite nice on a winter’s day as the car was warm and I bought another Shiraz.
On the way down to Jervis Bay we found a sign to Ingalalla falls, and decided to hit the dirt (or was it mud) and check it out. Although the car is now looking a little worse for wear, Chereen will have to give it a clean haha, we did get some nice photos. In one i decided to go with a 1/3 shutter speed, and I really like the results

We continued on the dirt down to Jervis bay, and I got to get my nerd on as we drove past the Starfish Hill wind farm. I think wind turbines look absolutely majestic.

In one of the few moments of sunshine, we found some lambs in a paddock with a great view!

Gorgeous photos Benny! Waterfall is stunning, looking forward to your Europe photos not long to go now!
Thanks Kel!
